Philip P Peter Livingston (1740-1810) was born in Albany, New York on November 10, 1740. He is notable as a delegate (Westchester County) to the New York convention to ratify US constitution (1788), a member of New York state assembly from Westchester County, 1788-89 and as a member of the New York state senate.
