1795/04/28 George W Hammond Work S D Warren and G W Hammond purchase the Yarmouth Paper Co, named it the Forest Paper Co and begin building brick buildings (lost).
1874/00/00 S D Warren Owner G W Hammond and S D Warren buy the Yarmouth Paper Co and renamed it the Forest Paper Co (lost). Warren has seen that rag pulp is replacing wood pulp in paper making and has been experimenting.
1931/00/00 Closed in 1923, the Forest Paper Company's mill is destroyed by a fire, leaving the 10-acre site in ruins. Following a clean-up in the early 1980s, the former mill site is now part of Royal River Park.
