1874/00/00 J Foster Ober Architect Odd Fellows' Hall is designed by J Foster Ober.
1874/00/00 S F Ober and Sons Contractor Construction begins on Odd Fellows' Hall, a very pure example of the Venetian Gothic Victorian building, by S F Ober and Sons, leading builders of the day.
1875/00/00 Augustus Williams (stonemason) Builder Odd Fellows' Hall is completed. The masonry work was done by Augustus Williams.
1909/07/00 William Howard Taft Office Beverly Board of Trade offers Taft office space in the Mason Building. He will have to climb the marble stairs, for there is no elevator, but he will be able listen to music furnished by an itinerant hurdy gurdy man. Taft may have only used it only once.
