1889/00/00 Sinclair Lewis Home Sinclair Lewis moves with his parents to a newly built eight-room house directly across the street from his birthplace.
1902/00/00 The Lewis family move out.
1956/00/00 The Sinclair Lewis Foundation buys the Lewis home, a duplex, with a stucco exterior. The kitchen had been partitioned, the floors replaced and the front porch enclosed. Working with the Minnesota Historical Society, all the original features are restored.
