1819/06/00 Thomas Jefferson Architect Jefferson designs Pavilion IV as a faculty residence and lecture hall. One of the ten pavilions on the college lawn, the design is based on Roland Freart de Chambray's Parallele, depicting the Doric Order of the Temple of Albano, south of Rome.
