1904/00/00 Henry Dozier Architect Henry Dozier designed a house for real estate developer Henry H Dearborn. The three-story American Foursquare mansion, set to cost $20,000, features pagoda-style roofs, Prairie School stained glass windows and French doors.
1907/00/00 Finished in 1907, Dearborn died two years later, but his daughter, Beatrice, continued to live there until 1912. The dining room features mahogany walls and pillars, beveled glass and heavy pocket doors. The stained glass windows are all original.
