1907/00/00 Julian S Starr Architect Julian S Starr designs a residence with a two-story tetrastyle Corinthian portico on the facade for Addie Stokes and her husband, Dr James Richmond Stokes, a Rock Hill dentist.
1907/00/00 Capt A D Holler Builder Stokes House is built by A D Holler and his son, future Reverend A E Holler. A bell system powered by batteries in the kitchen shows a Roman numeral one for each room. When a servant is desired, a bell rings and a small hand points to the number of room.
