1909/00/00 J W Henry of Aberdeen, SD Architect A two and one-half story residence is begun for the M P Beebe family in a combination of Queen Anne and Neo-Classic styles. An existing building is moved several blocks north on Fourth Street.
1910/00/00 Marcus P Beebe Home Marcus Beebe House is completed. A stone cutter from Texas supervised the cutting of the native prairie granite.
1914/04/11 Marcus P Beebe Died Marcus Plin Beebe dies in Ipswich, Edmunds County, South Dakota.
1946/06/01 Mrs Beebe and the family live at the Beebe House until it is sold to the Ipswich Community Hospital Association. The Beebe House will serve as the community hospital from 1947 until 1965.
