1928/00/00 Arthur Curtiss James Benefactor Christodora House is built as a settlement home for low-income and immigrant residents, providing food and shelter along with educational and health services.
1928/00/00 Henry C Pelton Architect Designed in the American Perpendicular Style by Henry C Pelton, Christodora House is erected on Avenue B.
1969/00/00 After a splinter group of the Black Panthers sets up a headquarters at Christodora, they turn fire hoses on the electrical system as a protest, largely destroy the building's systems and cause it to be condemned.
1975/00/00 Christodora building is sold for $62,500.
1982/00/00 Harry Skydell buys the borded up, ripped out, and flooded Christodora House for $1.3 million to convert it into luxury condos.

1988/08/07 Rioters chanting "Die Yuppie Scum" in reference to the supposed "yuppie scum" residents in Christodora House, heave a police barricade through the glass front doors and ransacked the lobby. Tompkins Square Park Riot
1990/00/00 Iggy Pop Home Iggy Pop moves into Christodora House. "A lot of the buildings around here, they're pretty funky, pretty funky buildings. But I live in a nice one, and that gets up a lot of people's tree." In 1998, Mr Pop moved to Miami.
2012/03/16 Hedge fund manager and Christodora tenant, Brian Kim pleads guilty to 9 of 26 counts against him, including grand larceny, operating a Ponzi scheme and stealing $435,000 from the Christodora House condo association.
