1711/02/00 Pieter Schuyler Home Pieter Schuyler inherits the Schuyler Farmhouse (lost) from his mother, Margarita Van Slichtenhorst Schuyler.
1724/03/00 Col Phillipus Schuyler Home Phillipus Schuyler inherits Schuyler Flatts from his father, Pieter Schuyler.
1735/00/00 Margarita Schuyler Home Phillipus Schuyler and his wife, Margarita Schuyler, build a large addition onto the Schuyler Farmhouse (lost).
1760/00/00 Margarita Schuyler Home The Schuyler Flats Farmhouse (lost) burns in either 1759 or 1763 but is soon rebuilt for Madam Schuyler with an additional large wing that faces the river.
