1984/00/00 Richard Meier Architect Richard Meier is awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize for the High Museum of Art building.
2005/00/00 Renzo Piano Architect Renzo Piano designs three new buildings which more than doubled the museum's size to 312,000 square feet (29,000 m2), at a cost of $124 million. The structures are clad in panels of aluminum to harmonize with Meier's original white enamel.
