1892/00/00 George W C Drexel Home Anthony J Drexel Sr builds a Georgian Revival mansion for his son, George Childs Drexel, at 225 S 39th St, Philadelphia.
1894/00/00 Samuel Simeon Fels Home After Anthony Drexel's, Samuel Fels replaces the Drexel family home and with a neo-Georgian residence at the corner of 39th and Walnut Streets. Later it will become University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government.
