1883/00/00 Wilbur A Hitchcock Architect Meldrum Residence 703 Ivinson Ave (c 1883, remodeled c 1920 by Wilbur Hitchcock) 1st owner John W Meldrum was the 1st secretary of Wyoming Territory, governor when Wyoming Territory was admitted to the Union and the 1st Commissioner of Yellowstone Park.
1894/00/00 Walter E Ware Architect 812 Grand Ave is built for attorney Constantine P Arnold. Arnold's son Carl served as Dean of the U of Wyoming Law School and son Thurman was mayor of Laramie, Dean of Law at West Virginia U and Asst Attorney General of the US from 1938-1943.
