Pieretti Brothers was a Centerbrooke, Conn construction company founded by Italian immigrant brothers, Louis and Joseph Pieretti. Louis Pieretti made pianos during the day and sidewalks with younger brother Joseph at night. In 1916, they won a $4000 contract to build concrete sidewalks for the town of Essex, Connecticut, including the walks around the town green. Eventually, Pieretti Bros were building schools, churches, post offices and hospitals. They also establish and automotive garage with sales and service. - AsNotedIn
