Hoosac Stores 1 and 2
Six-story brick warehouse built in 1895 by the Fitchburg Railroad and used for storage until 1964. The structure has an odd trapezoidal footprint. It is 65 feet tall with red brick exterior walls that begin 24 inches thick but tapper towards the top. The interior construction includes heavy timber beams and cast iron post. - AsNotedIn
Hoosac Stores 3
Built in 1875 for the Cunningham Iron Works, and converted to Hoosac Stores 3 in 1897, this is a four-story plus basement warehouse structure in the classically inspired panelled brick style popular for industrial buildings during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. It is 60 by 80 feet, and 61 feet high from the sidewalk. The exterior brick walls are twenty inches thick. - NPS NRHP Nomination form
