1823/05/00 George T Pillsbury Carpenter, Church Deacon Constructions begins on the Webster Church. George Pillsbury, a member of the building committee and a deacon in the church, will be paid $516.81 (the highest sum paid to any single workman) for work both as a carpenter and joiner.
1823/12/00 Col William Abbot Architect Webster Church is completed. An especially coherent example of local workmanship, the final construction cost of the building, exclusive of the bell, was $4,800, of which much was recovered, as planned, by the sale of pews to a number of the workmen.
