Nims Mansion is a former country estate and current county park in Oakville, Missouri. 1928/00/00 Maritz and Young Architect Maritz and Young design a Tudor style residence to be built on the bluffs of the Mississippi River in Oakville for Eugene and Lotawana Nims.
1929/00/00 Eugene D Nims Home The Nim's new weekend house has a walk out basement and multiple gables bookended by sleeping porches. On the eastern side of the house there is a two story bay window overlooking the Mississippi River.

1969/00/00 Nims Mansion becomes a public park. Remodeling of the garden includes paving over stone paths, changing the layout of the plantings and installing a fountain. The basic outline of the garden including its original limestone walls remain.
