1823/00/00 Rev Peyton Bibb Vocation The congregation is established c 1828-1830. The 11 charter members are Rev Peyton and Martha Bibb, James Robinson, Alexander McKeithen, Lewis and Mary Ann Robinson, William Zeigler, George Speigner, Benjamin Gaines Sr and Mr and Mrs Ezekiel Cooper.
1848/00/00 A braced framed Robinson Springs United Methodist Church is built about a mile west of the original log building. Local traditions date the present building from between 1845 and 1850, a period consistent with the design of the building.
