1877/00/00 Grimes mill is built in the Second Empire style by Northside Roller Mill Company. Originally this feed, meal and flour mill was steam-powered. The original three-story portion of the building is brick with granite trim, topped by a Mansard roof.
2013/01/16 A devastating fire destroys the mill. Wood, bricks and other materials are salvaged after the fire. Lumber was reused at New Sarum Brewery for their counter and bar tables, and repairing the Henderson Law Office.
