1914/00/00 Leroy Sylvester Bollinger Architect, Home Leroy Sylvester Bollinger builds his own home built in 1914. The Bollinger family occupied the house until 1921 when it was sold to Barnard Council Cannon who, in 1924, sold the house and its acreage to Fred Boyce Hartley (1894-1987).
1929/00/00 Staonemason Fred Boyce Hartley and his son Fred Vaughn Hartley make improvements to their home, 1929-1935.
1932/00/00 Fred Boyce Hartley replaces the underpinning of house with stone.
