1928/00/00 The Fair Hall's main wing and room are built in part from lumber milled in the 1870's at the Port Blakely Mill and salvaged from the Bainbridge Hotel fire and the Port Blakely Store. Some of the lumber are knot-free fir milled to full, honest dimensions.
1929/00/00 The 9th Bainbridge Island Fair features displays of agriculture, home economics, cooking, food preservation, art, flowers, horticulture, animal husbandry, livestock, farm equipment, electrical appliances, automobiles and sporting events and a carnival.
1938/00/00 The Fair Hall is leased to the National Canning Company for use as a receiving station during the strawberry season. The berry packing shed was still used as of 1995.
1943/00/00 After the Island Fair close during WWII, Filipino farmers take acquire the Island Fair Hall. The Filipino farmers form a group to acquire supplies and equipment, share information, and arrange marketing of crops.
