1638/00/00 Thomas Emerson Home Samuel Greenfield a weaver and husband of Susanna Wise, widow of Humphrey Wise, sells a farm of 120 acres formerly owned by Wise to Thomas Emerson. Extending from Turkey Shore to Labor in Vain and Goulds Creek, Emerson erects a residence (lost).
1648/00/00 Thomas Emerson sells his homestead to Daniel Ringe.
1679/00/00 Felt maker and hatter, William Howard, purchase the Emerson homestead. Howard probably removed the Emerson House and built a half-house shortly after 1679. The right side will be added in 1709.
