1957/00/00 Seth C Peterson Owner Frank Wright, working on the Solomon R Guggenheim Museum, is too busy to design a cottage in Wisconsin. Believing that FLW is in need of money and typically cashes any check that is sent to him, Peterson mails FLW a check for $1,000 to design his cottage.
1958/00/00 Seth C Peterson General Contractor Seth Peterson hires laborers to construct the Usonian-style square hand-made sandstone, Douglas fir and cedar roof shingles.
1958/04/00 Frank Lloyd Wright Architect Frank Lloyd Wright completes the design of a cottage for Seth Peterson.
1960/05/00 Seth Peterson's cottage nears completion.
