1910/00/00 Hunt and Grey Architect Designed in both Craftsman and Tudor styles with half-timbered framing, arroyo stone chimneys and thick columns, Gartz Court is built 270 N Madison Ave.
1984/00/00 Gartz Court is moved to 745 North Pasadena Avenue to save it from demolition.
