1826/00/00 Daniel A Hill Architect Daniel and Rafaela Hill make a home in Santa Barbara. One of the first buildings in the pueblo to have wooden floors, as opposed to floors of packed earth, the house also has glass windows imported from Boston.
1833/01/00 Rachel Hobson Larkin Mother Rachel Holmes Larkin, wife of Captain A C Holmes, gives birth to Thomas Larkin's daughter, Isabel Annin, at the Hill adobe.
