1925/12/00 Ernest Hemingway Visitor Hemingway and his wife, Hadley, stay at the Hotel Taube. In the Burgerstube, which Hemingway calls the Weinstube (wine parlour), there is round table that is used for poker games. Made of solid oak, it dates from 1888.
