Founded in 1802, Cafe Anglais was a notable French restaurant at Boulevard des Italiens, 13, and the Rue de Marivaux in Paris, France. It was here that Adolphe Duglere created the potato dish, Pommes Anna. The restaurant closed in 1913 and the building has since been demolished. - AsNotedIn
