Sonoran Dog

The Sonoran Dog is a frankfurter wrapped in bacon and grilled until it's crispy. The hot dog is placed into a split-top bolillo (Mexican bread roll) and topped with pinto beans, chopped tomatoes, grilled and raw onions, mayonnaise, mustard and jalapeno salsa.
