The Rice Brothers Corporation were naval architects (boat builders) situated at the end of School St in East Boothbay, Maine. Rice Brothers was established by brothers Henry Rice, William Rice and Frank Rice. Frank Rice left the company to started his own shipyard, Frank Rice Shipyard on School St, next to his brother's shipyard 1903.
