1818/00/00 Highgate Manor is built for Captain Steve Keyes.
1870/00/00 Dr Henry Baxter purchases Highgate Manor from the Keyes family. Dr Baxter opens his medical practice in his home.
1898/00/00 After the death of Dr Baxter, Highgate Manor is acquired by Philip Schmitt.
1917/00/00 Highgate Manor becomes an exclusive vacation resort. Manor Mayfair (built c 1818, lost) will be incorporated in the resort along with, Manor Annex (lost) a brand new dance hall.
1950/05/22 Manor Mayfair, the ballroom at Highgate Manor is destroyed by a fire set started by a worker burning leaves too close to the Manor.
