Knapp Farm is an active farm in upstate New York, southeast of Elvira, that produces blueberries and rhubarb. The Federal style residence was built by Jacob Lowman. Mr Lowman had seven children and erected houses for several of them near his homestead. His son Edward operated the Lowman Rye Whisky distillery, which made whiskey from rye grown on the farm.
