1858/00/00 William Price (ship-wright) Architect 1200-1204 N Caroline Street: William and James Price buy three lots from Miles White and James Purvis and build: 1200 with a low-pitched gable roof and an Italianate cornice and 1202-1204 which are set back from the street. Some original sash survives.
1868/00/00 Orville Horwitz, Esq Developer 1200, 1204-1210 N Eden Street: Large three-story, three-bay-wide houses built by Miles White for Orville Horwitz and James Purvis.
1868/00/00 William Price (ship-wright) Architect 1226-1236 N Eden Street: Three three-story, three-bay-wide late Italianate-style houses, built by William Price.
1884/00/00 Samuel D Price (Baltimore builder) Architect 1315-1327 Ensor Street: Samuel Price builds 12'-wide, two-story houses. End brackets frame a row of small modillions set against a plain frieze. Price also built out the southeast corner of Hoffman and Ensor, at 1001-1009 Hoffman (lost), the same year.
