The Grand Square of the Royal Naval College is a landscaped plaza at the center of the former Royal Naval College at Greenwich, England. Situated on the Thames river, the site includes three English National Heritage Listed Buildings: Royal Naval College Lamp Standards Surrounding Grand Square, River Wall In Front Of Royal Naval College and Royal Naval College Statue Of George II In Centre of Grand Square.

Under the grass lawns of the square are the remains of the Tudor era Palace of Placentia. The current courtyard is embellished with a Statue Of George II and eight Portland stone obelisks on square plinths carrying wrought iron lampholders. - AsNotedIn
