Ethiopian Cuisine

Ethiopian Cuisine is the food of the northwest African country of Ethiopia. Ethiopian Cuisine includes plenty of vegetables dishes, wat (stew) and spicy meat dishes. Historically, eating is a communal activity and food is usually shared and eaten with a flat pancake like bread called injera. Traditionally, there are few utensils, just eat the food with injera and only use your right hand.
