Ndole is a leafy, vegetable stew from the Sawa area of the Littoral Province in Cameroon. The dish consist of stewed peanuts, ndoleh, onions, spices and chilies anchored with beef, fish or shrimp. Ndole is traditionally served with boiled ripe plantains.
