Meatballs with Cream Sauce

Kottbullar med graddsas are ground meatballs fried in butter and served in a cream sauce made from the pan juices. Good recipes very widely but typically include a variety of meat like steak, veal and pork, mixed with bread crumbs and onions seasoned with spices like cloves and allspice. Smaller Kottbullar are made for smorgasbord and large spheres for entrees. Don't handle the meat any more than you need to as the proper Kottbullar are light and delicate.
