Quesillo de Leon

A Quesillo is made by wrapping a corn tortilla around a very soft center of a mix of cheeses, pickled onions, sour cream and vinegar. These are so runny they are usually eaten by squeezing the concoction out of a plastic bag though a hole cut in the corner. This specialty of Managua, Nicaragua, is often sold at snack stands. - AsNotedIn
