A flodebolle (cream bun) is a Danish confection consisting of dollop of Italian meringue (egg white beaten with sugar syrup) set on a biscuit (cookie) base and coated in chocolate. The treat can have a marzipan base instead of the cookie, but these are to be avoided. - Phantom
