Elkanah L Burson (23 January 1832 - 11 February 1915) was an American military officer in the army of Confederate States of America. Burson was an original member of the Wilcox True Blues, 44th Alabama Regiment, Law's Brigade, Hood's Division, Longstreet's Corps, General Robert E Lee's Army of Northern Virginia and later served in the Alabama House of Representatives. - AsNotedIn
