Dyson and Johnson
American
Dyson and Johnson was a design-build partnership in Fairhope, Alabama, established by Marmaduke Dyson and Axil Johnson during the early decades of the Single-Tax Colony. The firm contributed to the town's developing architectural landscape, producing a range of modest residential buildings typical of Fairhope as well as civic structures such as the Masonic Hall on South Section Street. Their collaboration reflected the practical craftsmanship and economic culture of the town, and the partnership remained active until the First World War. - AsNotedIn
