Hauser and Wirth Somerset is a multi-purpose arts centre, gallery, garden, restaurant and bar in Bruton, Somerset, England. Historically known as Durslade Farm the site includes a number of Grade II listed structures including a Farmhouse, Stables, Cow Sheds, Piggery, Threshing Barn and outbuildings. The bar at the Roth Bar and Grill was designed by residency artist Bjorn and Oddur Roth, the son and grandson of artist Dieter Roth. - AsNotedIn
