1763/00/00 John Thomson Mason Sr Home Living in England by 1763, Abraham Barnes advertises his house for rent in the Maryland Gazette, which could be Tudor Hall. Unable to find a tenant, Barnes's son-in-law, John Thompson Mason, lives in his house.
1778/00/00 Richard Barnes Architect Richard Barnes inherits America Felix Secundus from his father, Abraham Barnes.
1778/00/00 Abraham Barnes Died Col Abraham Barnes dies in Maryland. Abraham Barnes and Elizabeth (Rousby) Barnes, an infant daughter of Mary (King) Mason, were buried at America Felix Secundus.

1818/00/00 Philip Key Home Philip Key raises the roof and enlarges the main house into a 14 room mansion.
1818/00/00 Henry G S Key Home Philip Key transfers title to America Felix Secundus to his son, Henry Greenfield Sothoron Key who recently married Henrietta Tayloe of Mt Airy, Virginia. Henry will call the mansion 'Tudor Hall'.

1828/12/00 By an Act of Maryland Assembly, John Thomson Mason, son of John Thomson Mason the heir of Barnes' estate, changes his name to 'Richard Barnes' and claims he is the rightful owner of Barnes' estates.
1830/00/00 Henry G S Key Owner Henry G S Key settles the claims of the new 'Richard Barnes' by providing a bond of $12,000 to secure a payment of $7,000.

1949/00/00 Mary Patterson Davidson Benefactor Mary Patterson Davidson buys Tudor Hall from developers with the intention to gift it to the St Mary's County Memorial Library Association.
1950/00/00 Gertrude Sawyer Architect Washington, DC, architect, Gertrude Sawyer, restores and remodels Tudor Hall into a library.
1968/00/00 By 1967-68 repairs are needed and an efforts are made to restore Tudor Hall to its 1830 state.
