1876/00/00 Augusta Page House is built on Edinboro Street, "rear Lowell near Washington", between 1874 and 1877. Miss Augusta Page will live in the residence until 1883, but in 1887 the building will be unoccupied.
1889/00/00 Ernest N Boyden Home Boston architect Ernest N Boyden and his wife Sarah had move into the Page house with Mrs Mary S Sawtelle, a widow, as a boarder.
1907/00/00 Miss Emma Page, the owner of the house, moves in with the Page family and Mrs Sawtelle. Also, Edinboro Street is renamed Page Road about the time.
1907/00/00 Although according to the atlas, Ernest Boyden owns the lot at 14 Edinboro Place, he and his family, which includes Merrill (presumably a daughter) and Mrs Sawtelle live at what is now 52 Page Road.
1918/07/10 Ernest N Boyden Died Ernest N Boyden at home, 52 Page Road, in Newtonville at the age of 66.
