Built in 1892-1894, the interior of Willard Memorial Chapel was designed and handcrafted entirely by Tiffany Glass and Decorating Company of New York City and is the only complete and unaltered Tiffany designed religion interior known to exist in the world.

1892/00/00 Dr Sylvester Willard In Memoriam Construction begins on the Willard Memorial Chapel in memory of Dr Sylvester Willard and his wife, Jane Frances Case Willard. Funding was provided by their daughters, Caroline and Georgiana. The chapel was a part of the former Auburn Theological Seminary.

1988/00/00 An antique dealer buys the chapel from the Seventh Day Adventist Church and has Christie's Auction House inventory the interior for possible sale. Community Preservation Committee with a net operating budget of $2,500 buys the chapel $500,000 instead.
