2008/11/00 Kimberly Block visits the old Squeeze Inn Fruitridge Road location (apparently built before ADA guidelines) and soon initiates her third ADA civil lawsuit in 2008 against a California small business.
2009/07/00 Due to two lawsuits claiming he violated the ADA guidelines, Squeeze Inn owner, Travis Hausauer closes the original Squeeze Inn. He pays $150,000 to relocate his restaurant to Power Inn Road and a confidential settlement to end the lawsuit.
