The Provincial Court, a Gothic Revival building on the Grote Markt in Bruges, was the former seat of the provincial government of West Flanders. The structure is decorated with sculptures by Hendrik Pickery and his son Gustaaf Pickery, stained glass windows by Jules Dobbelaere and chandeliers by Edward De Vooght. 1294/00/00 The Waterhalle (lost) is completed on the east side of the Grote Markt in Bruges, Belgium. Boats can unload at the 95 meter long building and store goods on the upper floors.
1787/00/00 The Waterhalle is demolished. The materials will be used for the building of barracks on the site of the Carthusian monastery on the Langestraat. Columns from the Waterhalle are preserved in the Arentshof on the Dijver.
